It is
amazing how a few simple ingredients can result in such a tasty cracker. I had
some leftover wonton wrappers on hand and decided to give this a try. Will
definitely make these again. I followed the recipe but added finely chopped shallots
and paprika to the second batch just for fun. Loved both variations. Here the full of methods!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup
extra virgin olive oil
25 square
wonton wrappers (about 1/2 of a standard package)
1 cup
shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup
fresh parsley, chopped
salt and
pepper to taste
