Trisha Yearwood’s Crock Pot Pork Loin Easy Recipe Today

The meat was once so mushy it simply fell aside after I attempted to chop it...But what set this recipe above the others was once the gravy!!!  I like anything else smothered in gravy!

Ingredients

2 & half to a few lb red meat loin, trimmed of all visual fats

  • half tsp garlic powder
  • 1/four tsp flooring ginger
  • 1/eight tsp dried thyme
  • 1/four tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 cups rooster broth
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • three tsp soy sauce
  • three tbs cornstarch
  • salt and pepper, to style

Instructions

  1. Season the red meat loin frivolously with salt. In a small bowl mix the garlic powder, ginger, dried thyme, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning over the skin of the red meat loin
  2. In a skillet warmth the oil and brown the red meat loin on either side. Transfer the red meat to the crock pot. Combine the rooster broth, lemon juice, and soy sauce; pour over the red meat loin.
  3. Cover and cook dinner on low warmth for eight to 10 hours, or on prime for four to five.
