The meat was once so mushy it simply fell
aside after I attempted to chop it...But what set this recipe above the others
was once the gravy!!! I like anything else smothered in gravy!
Ingredients
2 & half to a few lb red meat loin,
trimmed of all visual fats
- half tsp garlic powder
- 1/four tsp flooring ginger
- 1/eight tsp dried thyme
- 1/four tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cups rooster broth
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- three tsp soy sauce
- three tbs cornstarch
- salt and pepper, to style
Instructions
- Season the red meat loin frivolously with salt. In a small bowl mix the garlic powder, ginger, dried thyme, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning over the skin of the red meat loin
- In a skillet warmth the oil and brown the red meat loin on either side. Transfer the red meat to the crock pot. Combine the rooster broth, lemon juice, and soy sauce; pour over the red meat loin.
- Cover and cook dinner on low warmth for eight to 10 hours, or on prime for four to five.
- After cooking, switch the roast to a platter and stay heat.
