Instant Pot Recipes Lunch
I used this
recipe my very first time using my new instant pot. It was great for an instant pot Recipes lunch newbie. The
only criticism I have is that the broth doesn’t have much flavor (I used
low-sodium veggie broth), so I upped the salt and spices, which helped a lot.
Also, corn starch works fine instead of tapioca starch. Overall an awesome
recipe with a few modifications.
Ingredients
3 c
vegetable broth can use water but this is better
6 red
potatoes diced
3 c half and

4 ears corn
2 tbsp corn
starch + 2-3 tbsp water
3/4 c
cheddar cheese
3 tbsp

Instructions
- First dice all of your veggies.
- Then out Instant Pot on saute and upload butter till melted.
- Add diced onions and cook dinner till cushy.
- Continue to add vegetable broth, diced potatoes, and corn got rid of from the cob.
- Can upload pinch of salt now. Close lid and shut steam valve. Set to drive top for 10 mins.
