Grilled Shrimp in Lettuce Leaves with Serrano-Mint Sauce Healthy Recipe




I like seafood-based foods, so I made grilled shrimp dishes in lettuce leaves with Serrano-Mint Sauce to be served and enjoyed with my beloved family at home. This recipe is very easy to make and simple in its presentation. Let's follow the way to make it here!


Ingredients 


  1. 1 pound giant shrimp (about 36), stark naked and deveined
  2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  4. 12 leaves inexperienced permed leaf lettuce
  5. Serrano-Mint Sauce, direction follows
  6. Chili oil, for descending, optional
  7. Fresh cilantro leaves


Serrano-Mint Sauce:


  • 1 cup tightly packed mint leaves, and additional for garnish
  • 2 serrano chiles, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • One 1-inch piece recent ginger, stark naked and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup vino vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Salt


Directions


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. during a giant bowl, toss shrimp in oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Grill the shrimp for one to a pair of minutes on either side or till simply cooked through. use caution to not cook the shrimp, or they're going to be powerful and rubbery. take away from the grill.
